Hanoi street flavours.
Guided Old Quarter food walk. Proposed tastings include pho and bun cha, with substitutions arranged where possible. Afternoon leisure.

Day 3
Markets and coffee.
Morning market walk, fruit tasting and a hosted coffee session. Optional evening snack walk; alcohol is not required.
Overnight: Hanoi.
Day 4
Travel to Hoi An.
Domestic flight to Da Nang and transfer to Hoi An. Rest, then a short introductory food walk.
Overnight: Hoi An.
Day 5
Central Vietnam on a plate.
Guided tastings featuring proposed cao lau, banh mi and a selected local dessert. Free afternoon and closing dinner.

Departure
